We are licensed through CPBC and insured as associate member with HIABC. Our Building and Property Inspections examine the readily accessible and visible major systems, components, and equipment of the home. As trusted business professionals in our community, we provide unbiased reporting to all of our clients.

Travis Halldorson

Licensed Inspector & Owner-Operator

Travis Halldorson grew up with building and renovating houses as a kid with his families construction company and has over 30 years knowledge and experience with homes old and new. He was an honor student with the elite Carson Dunlop Home Inspectors Education program. He has completed Peer Review Inspections with certified examiners and passed all licensed home inspector requirements for BC.  

As your personal, certified building consultant, my priority is to provide you with unsurpassed professional service’s and the best inspection report that you can get. I take care of your best interest and dedicate my expertise to serving and representing only you with integrity, professionalism and honesty with high ethical values.

You will be provided a clear, unbiased evaluation of the buildings condition. Any questions you may have will be answered and you will be provided an in-depth detailed narrative report with photos of the overall structure, mechanical, safety, condition of appliances, any visible mold, water/moisture issues, identify asbestos materials, and much more. Your report is completed and emailed within 24 hours after inspection.
